Notice is hereby given at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held virtually via Microsoft Teams, on 28 April 2026 at 11.00 am, the following special resolution and ordinary resolution were duly passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joe Barry (IP No. 32513) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 10th Floor, 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3AG and Damian Webb (IP No. 14970) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
