We, Craig Povey (IP Number: 9665) and Charles Turner, both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 11th Floor, One Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG, were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 19 July 2022.

On 30 October 2023, Richard Toone (IP No: 9146) replaced Charles Turner as Joint Liquidator of the Company by Order of the Court.

We intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

It is our intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 28 May 2026. The dividend being declared will be a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

Unsecured creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 28 May 2026 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
