“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
