NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a MEETING of the CREDITORS of the above-named company will be held at 10.30 am on Wednesday 6th May 2026 at HCA Business Recovery Ltd, 12 Cromac Place, The Gasworks, Ormeau Road, Belfast, Co. Antrim for the purposes mentioned in Article 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of HCA Business Recovery Limited, 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two working days preceding the above meeting (Friday 1st May and Monday 5th May).

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB no later than 12.00 noon on 5 May 2026. Proofs may be lodged at any time prior to voting at the creditors meeting.

The resolutions at the creditors’ meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which any office holder is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, cost of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
