Notice is hereby given that on 5 February 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Stirling by GILSON GRAY LLP, a limited liability partnership (SO304731) having its registered office at 29 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BW, craving the Court inter alia that ICE HOCKEY HOLDINGS LTD, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC845468) having its Registered Office at 76 Port Street, Stirling, FK8 2LP (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Stirling by interlocutor dated 5 February 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
