Notice is hereby given that on 17 March 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Hamilton by FRASER TOOL HIRE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC081423) and having its registered office at Bothwell Road, Hamilton, ML3 0DW, craving the Court inter alia that ECO CONSTRUCTION SCOTLAND LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC731419) having its registered office at 24 Glenburn Road, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 5BA (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 17 March 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
