"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nick Parsk (IP No. 19770) and Carrie James (IP No. 16570) both of Oury Clark Chartered Accountants, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1PG be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
