NOTICE is hereby given that on 18 February 2026 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr by MKM Building Supplies Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having a place of business at Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE craving the Court, inter alia, that Boss Groundworks Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at The Bank Chambers, 31 The Square, Cumnock KA18 1AT (Company Registration number: SC557075) be wound up by the Court; and in which petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr by Interlocutor dated 26 February 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Ayr Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Welington Square, Ayr KA7 1EE within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; All of which Notice is hereby given.
