"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Reynolds (IP No. 8838) of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL and Natasha Brodie (IP No. 19490) of Forvis Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
