A meeting of the shareholders and virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company had been convened and held on 18 March 2026, when resolutions for the winding-up of the Company and the appointment of a Liquidator to act in a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation were passed. The relevant notice[s] of the meeting of creditors and passing of the resolution for the appointment of the Liquidator were published in the London Gazette on 23 March 2026.

Subsequently it transpired that the company had been struck off and dissolved without the knowledge of the director and shareholder and consequently the winding-up resolution and appointment have been deemed to be invalid. As a result of this the Company is not currently in liquidation, and the notice[s] referred to above are are hereby retracted in their entirety.
