Notice is hereby given that on 31 March 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by BLAIR FRASER, GORSON FRASER AND TINKER FRASER, all C/O TEKO PP Limited, 32 Gogarbank, Edinburgh, EH12 9ED, as the Directors of TEKO PP Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registration Number SC564131) and having its Registered Office at 32 Gogarbank, Edinburgh, EH12 9ED (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 31 March 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
