Notice is hereby given that on 25 March 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by GROSVENOR FUNDING LTD a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (10814139) and having its registered office at Sandfold House Sandfold Lane, Levenshulme, Manchester, Lancashire, M19 3BJ, craving the Court inter alia that PINNACLE PROPERTIES SCOTLAND LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC738230) and having its registered office at 1 Baird Gardens, Edinburgh, EH12 5RS (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 25 March 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
