Notice is given by Andrew R Bailey and Martin C Armstrong that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 23 April 2026 at 10.00 am.

The purpose of the virtual meeting is to establish whether to form a Liquidation Committee and to increase the Joint Liquidators remuneration.
