“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

“That Michael Drumm (IP No: 21590) of Cooper Parry Advisory Limited, of 36-38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6A, and Umang Patel (IP No:18790) of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 1BA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company”
