Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday 18 February 2026, at 15:48 a Petition was presented to Aitken at Inverness Sheriff Court at The Inverness Justice Centre, Longman Road, Inverness IV1 1AH by CASTLE WATER LIMITED, 1 Boat Brae, Rattray, Blairgowrie PH10 7BH (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up HIGHLANE FOOD LTD (Company Number: SC620318) having its registered office at 3 High Street, Beauly IV4 7BY, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Friday 20 March 2026 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said HIGHLANE FOOD LTD and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court at The Inverness Justice Centre, Longman Road, Inverness IV1 1AH within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
