THE KING has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 30 March 2026 to confer the dignity of a Barony of the United Kingdom for life upon John Francis Earl Russell, by the name, style and title of BARON RUSSELL OF FOREST HILL, of Forest Hill in the London Borough of Lewisham.
