NOTICE is hereby given that on 20 March 2026 a decision was put to creditors for the resignation of Craig Morrison (IP No. 29450) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB as Joint Liquidator and that a replacement Joint Liquidator be appointed. In which by virtue of a decision procedure by deemed consent, creditors agreed the resignation of Craig Morrison and confirmed the appointment of Brian Milne (IP No 9381) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB as the replacement Joint Liquidator in accordance with Rules 5.23 and 5.27 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018.

In accordance with Section 231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Brian Milne and Ian Wright as Joint Liquidators confirm that any acts can be done by any one or more of them.
