This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Ian James Royle (IP Number: 18934) and David Adam Broadbent (IP Number: 009458), whose contact address is LevelQ, Sheraton House, Surtees Way, Surtees Business Park, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3HR were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 26 February 2026.

Please note that further to requests from the Company's creditors for a meeting having met one or more of the prescribed thresholds pursuant to Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986, a virtual meeting of the Company's creditors will be held via Microsoft Teams conference call, 10 April 2026 at 10.00 am. Ian James Royle, in their capacity as Joint Liquidator of the Company, is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener").

The purpose of the meeting is for seeking a decision from the Company's creditors as to whether the creditors think fit to appoint a liquidation committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4PM on 9 April 2026.

Any creditor entitled to attend and note at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via e-mail at christian.thomas@btguk.com or by post to their correspondence address at BTG Begbies Traynor, LevelQ, Sheraton House, Surtees Way, Surtees Business Park, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3HR prior to the meeting.
