Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 23 March 2026 at 11.00 am the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Ratten (IP No. 9338) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Landmark, St Peter’s Square, 1 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 4PB and James Woodhead (IP No. 29832) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Central Square, 5th Floor, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
