A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 7 Effingham Street, Bootle, England L20 1DR presented on the 23 February 2026 by STORM XCCESSORIES LTD whose Registered Office is at Unit 5, Swatragh Business Park, Garvagh Road, Swatragh BT46 5QE claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on the 14 April 2026 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).
