On 9 March 2026, a petition was presented to Elgin Sheriff Court craving the Court that IT Central (Scotland) Limited (SC512112), incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 16 Harrow Inn Close, Elgin, Moray, Scotland, IV30 1BP, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 11 March 2026, the Court appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed Kevin Mapstone of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, at Woodburn House, 4/5 Golden Square, Aberdeen AB10 1RD, to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
