Notice is hereby given that on 16 January 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen by Shawfield Timber Limited, Unit 6 Shawfield Trade & Retail Park, Boundary Road, Rutherglen, G73 1DB, craving the Court inter alia that Cater Property Investment Limited, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC662919) having its Registered Office at 703 Great Northern Road, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB24 2DU (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 16 January 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
