Notice is hereby given that on 24 February 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Hamilton by FLEETMAXX SOLUTIONS LTD a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC625987) and having its registered office at Oilfast Fuels Ltd, Nethan Street, Motherwell, Scotland, ML1 3TF, craving the Court inter alia that GJMC TRANSPORT LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC565844) and having its registered office at Unit E Coalburn Road, Bothwell, Glasgow, G71 8DA (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 24 February 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
