Resolutions
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Matthew Douglas Hardy of Poppleton & Appleby be appointed Liquidator of the Company.
3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company`s assets in specie.
4. That the liquidator fees to be charged as a fixed fee of £6,000 plus expenses and VAT for dealing with all matters relating to the liquidation.
