This notice is given by the Joint Liquidators, Jessica Thomas, office holder number 27930 and Philippa Smith, office holder number 18670 of Brooklands Court, Phase 2 Office 9, Tunstall Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 5HL who were appointed on 2 January 2025, and is to inform creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first dividend to the preferential creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Jessica Thomas of Smith & Barnes Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, Brooklands Court, Phase 2 Office 9, Tunstall Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 5HL, by 31 March 2026.
