Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 February 2026 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:
a) THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily.
b) THAT Matthew Hoy and Shane Biddlecombe of TruSolv Ltd, Grove House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton SO14 3TJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.
c) THAT the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
