Notice is hereby given that on 2 February 2026 a Petition was presented to Wick Sheriff Court by the Highland Council, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX, craving the Court inter alia to order that THURSO ON BOARD COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY, Private company limited by guarantee without share capital (Company Number SC684829), having its registered office at St. Andrews Church Hall, Olrig Street, Thurso, KW14 7JA, be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Wick Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 23 February 2026 ordered THURSO ON BOARD COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY and any other persons interested, to lodge Answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Wick (Sheriff Court House, Bridge Street, Wick, Caithness, KW1 4AJ) within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
