“That the Company be wound up voluntarily’’ and that “Judith Howson (IP No: 30170) and David McGinness (IP No: 26590), both of AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
