Notice is hereby given that the Official Receiver in her capacity as Liquidator of the above named Company, appointed on 30 April 2019, intends to declare and distribute a first and final dividend within the period of two months from the last date for proving mentioned below.

Creditors who have not already proved their debts and intend to do so, must do so on or before 24 March 2026 which is the last date for proving, and, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to the distribution of the dividend because they have not participated in it. Please note that no further public advertisement inviting creditors to prove shall now be given by the Liquidator.

If you have already submitted a proof of debt to Gowling WLG (UK) LLP do not submit a further proof of debt as it will not be considered. This is only open to those creditors who have not previously submitted a proof of debt in the liquidation.
