NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that following a General Meeting of the Company on 25 February 2026, we, Christopher Allen of S&W Partners LLP, 14th Floor, 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 3AG (IP number 12534) and Kevin Parish of S&W Partners LLP, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG (IP number 30690) were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.

The Joint Liquidators give notice that pursuant to Rule 4.192 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991 that creditors of the above-named company are required to send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidators at c/o RRS Department, S&W Partners LLP, 14th Floor, 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3AG or via email to Rachael.Sherwood@swgroup.com by no later than 31 March 2026 which is the last day for proving claims. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.

It should be noted that the Director of the Company has made a Statutory Declaration that they have made a full enquiry into the affairs of the Company and that they are of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of twelve months from the commencement of the winding-up.

This notice is purely formal and all known creditors have been, or will be, paid in full.
