A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at 117 - 119 Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, North East Lincs, DN31 3ET, presented on 28 January 2026, by XEROX FINANCE LIMITED of Building 4 Uxbridge Business Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1DH, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 10 March 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
