Take notice that a Creditor’s Petition for an Insolvency Administration Order of the insolvent estate in bankruptcy of the late Abid Hussain, Personal Guarantor/Postman, and lately residing at 44 Chester Road, Watford, WD18 0RQ, who died on 22 June 2024, has been presented in this Court by Mrs Maria Ann Strong and Mr Stephen Francis Anderson of 44 Plover Road, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 4AW. Publication in the London Gazette and the Watford Observer of the presentation of such Petition and the time and place fixed for the hearing of the Petition shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition upon any person claiming an interest. The said petition will be heard on 13 March 2026 at 14:00 hours at Stevenage Magistrates Court, The Court House, Danesgate, Stevenage, SG1 1XH. The Petition can be inspected by any person claiming an interest on application at this Court.
