Notice is hereby given that on 18 February 2026, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Pawel Winiarski with a correspondence address at 35 Northumberland Street, Edinburgh, Scotland EH3 6LR, for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Pure Cleaning (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number S462483) and having its Registered Office at 35 Northumberland Street, Edinburgh EH3 6LR and that Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioner of Interpath Limited, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5HF and James Alexander Dewar of Interpath Limited, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh EH2 4ET be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, Sheriff O’Carroll by interlocutor dated 18 February 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
