A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Anglo Europe Limited (07590868) of 38 Mill Street, Bedford, MK40 3HD, whose nature of business is construction of commercial and domestic buildings presented on 22 January 2026 by AVIS BUDGET UK LIMITED of Avis House, Park Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 2EW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 11 March 2026, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard)
