Notice is hereby given that on 13 February 2026 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Overtone Brewing Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC556701) and having its registered office at Unit 19 Halley Street, New Albion Industrial Estate, Glasgow, G13 4DJ craving the Court inter alia that Overtone Brewing Ltd be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition Lord Richardson by Interlocutor dated 13 February 2026 appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers with the Clerk at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within 8 days after intimation or advertisement; and appointed George Dylan Lafferty, insolvency practitioner, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G2 6LU, duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the 1986 Act”), to be Provisional Liquidator of Overtone Brewing Ltd with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 to the 1986 Act; all of which notice is hereby given.
