Notice is hereby given that on 4 February 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Oban by Pinefield Glass Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC411160) and having its Registered Office at 1 Pinefield Parade, Pinefield Industrial Estate, Elgin, Morayshire, IV30 6AG, craving the Court inter alia that D Carmichael & Sons Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC417122) having its registered office at Laich House, Appin, Argyll, PA38 4DD (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Oban by interlocutor dated 4 February 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Oban within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
