A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, was presented on 2 January 2026 by Emma Bartholomew, of 13 Holly Park Road, London, N11 3HA, claiming to be a creditor of the Company.
The Petition will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
