Notice is hereby given that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 6212) and Andrew R Bailey (IP No. 18810) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 15 Horizon Business Village, 1 Brooklands Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0TJ were appointed Liquidators of the Company by the Secretary of State on 5 February 2026 and that they act either jointly or separately.

Creditors may request that the Liquidators convene a decision under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation’ Committee, provided that the creditor, or a group of creditors, represent more than one tenth in value of the total claims of the liquidation.
