NOTICE is hereby given that on 4th February 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by PDQ Express (Scotland) Ltd having their registered office at Unit 57 Flexspace Business Centre, Belgrave Street, Bellshill, ML4 3NP (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 4th February 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Michelle Elliot and Callum Carmichael, Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory Trading Ltd, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in all of Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
