A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 2 Pavilion Court, 600 Pavilion Drive, Northampton, NN4 7SL presented by KNIGHTSBRIDGE REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in Liquidation) whose registered address is at 28a Charter House Sandford Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6QA claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 20 January 2026 and will be heard in the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 4 March 2026 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
