At a meeting of the above named LLP duly convened and held on 29 January 2026, the following resolutions were passed:
That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the LLP cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that the LLP be wound up the under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.
That Helen Whitehouse and Gareth Bishop of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen`s Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the LLP and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately.
The appointment of Helen Whitehouse and Gareth Bishop as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by a deemed consent process which was completed on 29 January 2026.
