Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 January 2026, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew R Bailey (IP No 18810) and Martin C Armstrong (IP No 6212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong be appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
