“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) and Andy John (IP No. 20896) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, Churchill House 26-30 Upper Marlborough Road St Albans AL1 3UU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
