NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members of Van Werven (N.I) Ltd will be held at the offices of Interpath Advisory at Suite 402, The Kelvin, 17 – 25 College Square East, Belfast, BT1 6DH on 27 February 2026 at 10.00 am and will be followed by a meeting of creditors at 10.30am for the purposes of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidator’s acts and dealings on the conduct of the winding up to date and resolving whether the Joint Liquidators should be granted their release.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of them. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies for both meetings must be lodged at Interpath Advisory, Suite 402, The Kelvin, 17 – 25 College square East, Belfast, BT1 6DH or by email at nathan.mcnally@interpath.com not later than 12.00 noon on 26 February 2026.
