That Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen`s Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately.
The appointment of Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by a deemed consent process which was completed on 23 January 2026.
