A Petition to wind up the above Company of 1a Woodland Crescent, London, England, SE10 9UP (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Management of Real estate on a fee or contract basis, presented on 30 December 2025 by MOFFAT FOLKESTONE LTD of 49 Mowbray Road, Edgware HA8 8JL whose principal activity is trading in letting and operating of own or leased real estate, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the 11 February 2026, at 10:30 at The Companies Court Business & Property court of England & Wales, Insolvency & Companies list, at Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 10 February 2026.
