We, Bob Maxwell (IP No. 9185) and Julian Pitts (IP No. 007851) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Floor 2, 10 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP are the appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company. Lee Lockwood and Julian Pitts were appointed on 6 December 2019 and Bob Maxwell subsequently replaced Lee Lockwood as Joint Liquidator on 14 May 2021 by Order of the Court.

The joint liquidators intend to declare a First and Final dividend to the creditors of the Company who have not yet proved their debts and required creditors, on or before 23 February 2026 to submit their proof of debt to the joint liquidator’s correspondence address, Floor 2, 10 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP, and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidators to be necessary. Any creditor who has not proved their debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend which we intend to declare within the period of 2 months of that date.
