Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). A meeting of creditors it to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 2. The approval of the Joint Administrators' fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Administrators' discharge. The meeting will be held on 11 February 2026 at 10.00 am. To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Administrators by one of the following methods.
