"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Duncan Coutts (IP No. 31070) and Rupen Patel (IP No. 31374) both of Coots & Boots, 29 Farm Street, London W1J 5RL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and the Joint Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
