“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Brown (IP No. 10930) and Steve Kenny (IP No. 24030) both of KBL Advisory Ltd, Stamford House, Northenden Road, Sale, Cheshire, M33 2DH be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by any or both of the liquidators.”
